The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), through its Gender and Development Focal Point System (GADFPS), took part in the Women’s International Network for Disaster Risk Reduction (WINDRR) Leadership Awards Finalists Forum — a key event at the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (APMCDRR) 2024 hosted by the Philippine Government in partnership with the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction.

In view of the conduct of PS-DBM's 46th Anniversary activities, work at the Main Office in Paco, Manila, and at the PhilGEPS Office in New Manila, Quezon City is suspended beginning 12:00 noon on October 18, 2024, Friday.

Client-agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders are hereby advised to accomplish their transactions in the morning of the aforementioned date. Regular operations resume on October 21, Monday.

The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs the public that the processing time for the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Platinum Membership applications is now extended from the previous duration of three (3) business days to seven (7) business days, after being classified as a complex transaction under the PS-DBM’s Citizen Charter 2024.
