To empower small-scale supply manufacturers and cooperatives, including micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), to participate in government procurement, the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) joined the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in its ‘Walis Suppliers Visit’ in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental—touching base with potential suppliers and cooperatives of brooms (walis tambo).

 In view of the Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO 002-2024) issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) requires its suppliers, contractors, and payees to submit the following Tax Clearance Certificates for the processing and release of final payments for all awarded contracts.
