The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) and the Land Transportation Office (LTO) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to establish a coordinated mechanism for streamlining and expediting the processing of registration and issuance of license plates for government motor vehicles (MVs) procured through the eMarketplace.
